I LOVE smoothies and I am going to share my favorite recipe with you guys! It's a berry smoothie that you can modify in many ways to make it your own perfect blend!
1. Start to defrost some frozen berries of your choice. I keep them pretty frozen; that way, my smoothie is cold. I use raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. I like the frozen ones because you can buy a big bag and they last a long time, plus they are inexpensive! 2. Put your berries into a blender, then scoop a berry-flavored yogurt in with them. I use dairy-free, strawberry yogurt (you can use regular yogurt or dairy-free). I use about 1/3 the amount of yogurt as I do berries. 3. Blend it all up to your preferable thickness, and taste the perfection! For extra fiber, you can add a pinch of flax seeds. Do you have a favorite smoothie recipe? Comment below! |
